HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY — HOW ABOUT A PLANT FOR MOM! The youth are hosting their annual plant sale today. All plants are from Wosika Farm and are always beautiful, healthy plants. Check out the selection and pick one for yourself or a friend!
GENERAL FUND SUMMER MATCH! What an opportunity! Two families in the congregation have agreed to donate up to $30,000 to the General Fund in a dollar for dollar match. Because of their generosity, any gift you give, above and beyond your regular giving to general and building funds is doubled! In order for the congregation to continue with its current staff and programs, we all need to contribute to receive all these matching funds. All gifts must be received by June 15th to take advantage of this opportunity. There are special pink envelopes in the pew racks for you to use. LINDER’S NURSERY GIFT CARDS available $10 each. They may be used at any Linder’s Garden Center. 15% of all sales will go to help fund our VBS program “Avalanche Ranch”, August 11th!
TIME IS SHORT…..ST. PAUL LUTHERAN SCHOLARSHIP FORMS available in the office for those students attending a Lutheran College. All information must be into the church office by June 1st.
TICKETS ON SALE TODAY for the Habitat for Humanity’s “Enjoy a short stack for a tall cause” fundraiser. You are invited to Applebee’s for flapjacks on Sunday, May 24th from 8am-10pm. Tickets $5 and available in the office or put your name on the sign-up sheet at the refreshment table.
NEXT SUNDAY, MAY 18TH there is an Appreciation Brunch from 9:40-10:40am in honor of all those who assisted with Children’s programs this past year. The brunch is for the entire congregation and we are asking non-education volunteers to bring food items. Please see your Worship Response Sheet! Thanks.
ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL GRADS Recently you received a letter with information about grad recognition on June 8th. The info sheet included with the letter asking about your interest, hobbies and activities during high school must be returned to the office by Sunday, May 25th. Thanks!
