Sharing Christ’s Love with Joy — Our Mortgage Payoff Appeal
St. Paul Lutheran is blessed with a clear mission: “Sharing Christ’s Love with Joy!” Now we have a powerful opportunity to deepen that mission by paying off our mortgage early.
At our Annual Congregational Meeting in January, we set a bold goal: raise $100,000 in 2025 to help pay off the $150,000 remaining balance on our mortgage by year’s end. Thanks to your incredible generosity, (as of 10/30/2025) we have already raised $87,510, and every dollar has gone (and will go) directly toward reducing the debt. With combined budgeted and appeal dollars, our current mortgage balance now stands at just $41,506. We are doing great! Let’s finish the year strong and reach our goal together!
The Vision: New Ministry Possibilities: Imagine the impact of our church being debt-free. Once the mortgage is fully paid, the funds we have faithfully budgeted each year toward mortgage payments will be released and available to strengthen our ministry. These resources will then be used to:
