Confirmation is a major event in our Lutheran Journey of Faith.
At Saint Paul Lutheran we want the confirmation experience to be one the students enjoy, find meaningful, and look forward to.
The program is a three-year experience beginning in Fall of 7th grade and ending in Spring of 9th grade. It is open to members and non-members. So please share with other families and invite friends to participate.
In the Lutheran tradition Confirmation is a voluntary learning opportunity. It is not a sacrament and is available for any who wish to learn more about their faith and their church. While young people most often participate, the opportunity is open to all. To get the most out of the confirmation experience, participants are encouraged to engage in discussions, think deeply, ask questions, share ideas, and be open to different forms of prayer and play.
Confirmation is offered on Wednesday nights at 6:40 p.m. as part of The Table intergenerational ministry. This Fall it begins on Wednesday, September 13.
